Once we finally arrived at 16 the Boathouse, we were delighted to find a well-appointed and comfortable space that had everything we needed for a short or long-term stay. the thoughtful touch of a welcome bottle of wine and beer was much appreciated. It would have been nice to have some tea and coffee available for our first morning, but overall, we had a great experience. the location was perfect for our needs, offering privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. the provided information on local dining and shopping options was invaluable, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise and the playful rabbits in the field across from the property.
We would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The thoughtful gesture of wine and beer, although we don't drink, was appreciated. The sunrise views and playful rabbits added to the incredible experience. The provided information about local dining and shopping options was incredibly helpful. The place had everything we needed for a short or long stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. Plus, the inclusion of wi-fi and free parking, with no pets allowed and no smoking on site, made it even better.

The property itself was immaculate and in a mind-blowingly perfect spot. Watching the sunrise and the rabbits playing in the field opposite was jaw-droppingly fabulous. The information provided on places to eat, shop, etc. was super valuable. The apartment had everything we needed for both short and long stays, and the thoughtful touch of welcome wine and beer was greatly appreciated. The availability of free wi-fi and parking was a huge bonus. No pets were allowed, which was great, and no smoking on site made for a clean and fresh environment. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Located a short drive from the quirky Eastbourne Steam Park, 16 The Boathouse offered us the perfect base to explore this charming attraction. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The breathtaking sunrise views and playful rabbits in the nearby field added an extra touch of magic to our stay.
My kids wished there had been a play area for them on the property.
